Santa never breaks
from character: 

Try not to say to Santa, “you’re the best Santa I have ever seen”. Try not to ask Santa when he started portraying Santa. It’s important to treat Santa Michael John as Santa and not someone that plays Santa. 

How old is
Santa Claus:  

The Spirit of Santa Claus began more than 1700 years ago with Nicholas, (Saint Nicholas, Bishop of Myra) to his current day brothers to carry on the magical wonder of Christmas giving and the Spirit of Santa Claus. 

Parking place
for Santa:  

“Reserved for Santa”. Save a place for Santa to park his sleigh. It should not be a place where Santa would be blocked in, nor a place where event participants (mostly children), could see Santa getting out of his sleigh. Someone should greet Santa to show him where he is to go. If you have presents for Santa to give out this could be a good time to give them to Santa. 

Payment:

At the time of signing the contract, half of the agreed amount is due. The balance is due the day of the event. Do not hand Santa a check or cash in front of participants. Place it inside a “Christmas type card” or envelope.

  • First Hour:

    • Monday thru Thursday 150.00

    • Friday, Saturday,Sunday 175.00

    • Week before Christmas 225.00 

    • Christmas Eve (Each Hour) 450.00

    30 minutes or under in the home, 30 minutes getting Santa ready and travel. 

    Travel is 40 miles round trip and under from Santas shop to your location via Google Maps. Each additional round trip mile will be 1.00 per mile.

    Each extra 30 minutes 75.00

  • Photography Sessions: For each consecutive hour 150.00

    OR

    For each individual session, (minimum of six consecutive sessions) 30.00
    All sessions must be consecutive.

    Travel is 40 miles round trip and under from Santas shop to your location via Google Maps. Each additional round trip mile will be 1.00 per mile.

    First hour is 30 minutes or under for event, 30 minutes getting Santa ready and travel.

Great Lakes Santa’s is an organization that helps our Children and Families during the Christmas season.

Refund:

If for an unseen reason you need to cancel the visit from Santa, you will receive a full refund of your deposit if that request to cancel is made at least 8 days before the event. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the event, the deposit can be carried over to a future event in this calendar year, if available, or the next calendar year. If you cancel altogether within the 7 day period, you will lose the deposit. If for some unforeseen reason Santa Michael John needs to cancel, no matter how close to your event any deposit will be refunded.
